• This is a single-user single-computer license product.

• This is an electronic distribution software (ESD) product. It is distributed in the form of computer files. The product files must be downloaded by the user from a protected website account. The product download and installation instructions will be emailed to you after the order is processed.

• The product files must be downloaded within 90 days of the order invoice date. After 90 days, payment of a service fee is required to setup another download account.

• Product cannot be downloaded after one year from the order invoice date.

• This product requires license activation when performing an installation. Activation requires an internet connection or access to email service. Customer must agree to comply with the product license activation and verification procedure described in the License Activation information page.

• Two (2) new activations are allowed for single-computer license ESD products. Penzar Development activation policy allows multiple reactivations on the same computer.

• The registered user may request additional new activations after the two initial activations. Additional activations must be requested by email. A maximum of two new activations are allowed in any twelve months period.

• The product must be activated within one year from the delivery or invoice date. Penzar Development may terminate activation services for discontinued products, and obsolete or outdated software versions after ten years. Existing installations can be used indefinitely.

• This product cannot be returned after the product has been activated.

• Penzar Development does not offer storage services for purchased products. It is the customer's responsibility to keep backup copies of the downloaded product files and installation instructions in a safe place for future use.
