How To Place an Order

You can order online (using a credit card or PayPal account) from most countries.

For customers in US, Canada, Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France and Spain, you can request an online invoice and pay with a credit/bank card.

Telephone credit card orders are accepted for US customers only.

Most online orders are processed within one working day during our business hours only (Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM Pacific time, excludes weekends and US holidays).

Payment may be made using credit card (online or by telephone), PayPal account, or wire transfer (international business customers only, minimum US$300 order). We also accept purchase orders from qualifying US businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. Purchase order terms are net 30 days*. California customers must add applicable sales tax or attach a signed California Resale Certificate card.

* For credit terms minimum order is $500.

International Orders

In addition to the United States and its territories, Penzar Development also accepts orders from other countries if export can be made under General License G-DEST. All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include delivery charges, taxes or duties. Payment terms are prepaid in U.S. dollars. Penzar Development does not accept letters of credit or C.O.D. orders.

International shipments of packages might be subject to customs clearance delays and payment of duties and taxes at the destination country port of entry. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs charges and to resolve any customs related matters.

Shipping

Electronic software download (ESD) products must be downloaded online from our website by the customer.

Return Policy

We accept returns of products purchased directly from Penzar Development within 30 days of invoice date when accompanied by a return authorization number from Penzar Development. For packaged products all materials must be returned in original saleable condition. Buyer must pay for all return shipping costs. Buyer must provide return shipment tracking number. We do not give refunds for software that has been activated.

All returns and refunds are charged a 5% processing fee. Opened packaged products are charged an additional 10% restoking fee. Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges.

International customers: we do not accept returns or give refunds for packaged products shipped to outside of United States.

We do not accept returns or give refunds for products purchased through resellers and dealers.
